Saïd Business School is seeking an Online Product Manager to drive the success of Oxford Saïd Online's portfolio. In this exciting role, you will collaborate with world-class faculty, strategic partners and internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality online programmes that meet the standards associated with the University of Oxford.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and manage a high-quality, high-performance network of shared services providers, ensuring their effective contribution across multiple projects.
- Oversee programme development projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our high standards. This includes managing budgets, timelines and quality assurance.
- Work closely with the Senior Learning Strategist to lead on design, production and delivery phases for the online portfolio. Ensure programmes meet client and participant expectations and exceed quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring expenditure aligns with planned costs and Oxford Saïd’s financial interests are upheld.
- Gather and analyse programme data to continuously refine and optimise operational processes.
You will have demonstrable experience in project, operations or programme management, preferably within an Educational Technology setting, including budget management and tracking. You must possess strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work under pressure in complex environments. The role demands a creative problem solver who can drive change and process improvements, coupled with strong oral and written communication abilities.
