This new full–time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
Summary of the role
The post holder will be a pro-active problem solver and provide a high level of centralised triaging support related to core teaching and learning platforms and tools. The post holder will support and collaborate with team colleagues on a range of digital products and tools related to teaching and learning as well as a range of stakeholders across the institution to develop and build engaging digital content and guidance.
This post will work as a member of the Learning Development team working alongside colleagues to provide support to the virtual learning environment (Moodle) and support with development and testing of new functionality, enhancements and support in the documentation of processes, functionality and updates.
