Said Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking an experienced and Programme Manager to join our team responsible for the delivery of world-class Executive Degree programmes. Our MSc and Diploma programmes generate £26 million in tuition fees annually, with a trajectory to exceed £30 million, contributing significantly to our Executive Degree portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and exceptional delivery of these programmes, providing a premium experience for our mature and highly articulate Executive Degree students.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee project management of Executive Degrees from pre-arrival preparation to programme completion.
- Plan and manage key events, including Welcome and End-of-Course Ceremonies, ensuring all aspects such as venue management, catering, faculty coordination and guest logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Serve as the primary contact for students, delivering high-quality communication and support throughout their educational journey, from induction to graduation.
- Collaborate with senior staff on data analysis, forecasting and budgeting for the programmes, ensuring financial and operational efficiency.
You will have proven experience in project or event management within higher education or a professional setting, demonstrating the ability to manage tight and changing deadlines without compromising quality. Strong budgeting skills, collaborative teamwork, and innovative problem-solving abilities are essential, as is proficiency in IT and communication.
