An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Administrator to join the Pensions Team to assist the Pensions Manager in providing excellent customer service in pensions delivery.
Key duties of the role include extensive use of Excel spreadsheets in support of monthly reconciliation, maintaining membership records of all Pension schemes, processing defined benefit pension scheme, calculation and payment of retirement benefits in consultation with Scheme Actuary where necessary and ensuring efficient and timely responses to routine pension queries.
You will have a good standard of education with GCSE’s at Grade C or above including Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualifications), substantial recent experience of working in a Pensions environment, a good working knowledge of Excel to advanced level including pivot tables and excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with staff at all levels.
This full-time post is available from 2 January 2025 on an indefinite basis.
