One role based in Chester and one role based between Warrington/Birkenhead
We are seeking to appoint two highly motivated individuals who will support the delivery of clinical skills and simulation teaching across undergraduate and post graduate health and social care programmes and take responsibility for ensuring the clinical simulation suites are prepared for teaching sessions.
There are two posts available, one post is based at University Centre Warrington Campus, with cover to Marriss House and one post is based at Wheeler Building, Chester. However, there is a requirement to travel to all Faculty of Health, Medicine and Society education centres. The faculty delivers health and social care education at three University centres, Birkenhead, Warrington and Chester. Due to the nature of these roles staff are required to work from one of our sites.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent organisational, IT and communication skills. Previous experience of working in a clinical skill simulated environment is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided. A job share or secondment will be considered for this post.
The successful candidate should have or be willing to work towards the ECDL qualification and should possess a minimum of five GCSE’s and an appropriate level 3 qualification (e.g. A/AS Levels, Access to HE level 3 diploma etc.).
We encourage applications from a diverse range of applicants.
