We are seeking a motivated professional to join our new Placement Services Team as a Placements and Employability Co-ordinator on a 0.4 FTE basis (working Thursday and Friday).
Primarily working closely with our Nursing and Allied Health programme teams and students, this role will support the set-up, organisation, and evaluation of practice placement experience.
Acting as the first point of contact for students, academics, and external partners, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support for Professional Placements. You will respond to queries in person and via phone, email, and MS Teams, signposting or escalating complex matters. This role requires excellent communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
You will be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and will have experience of working with students and/or the public. You must possess the ability to work collaboratively and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service. With strong administrative and organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, you will have a passion for student success and an ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and networks.
