Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in Higher Education libraries?
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated Academic Liaison Librarian. This exciting, varied, and developmental role works in the Library's Academic Liaison Team, predominantly focusing on the Faculty of Science and Technology. It provides teaching, student support, enquiry services and collection management. The role also team priorities which may include online guidance, archives, researcher support, research data management and peer learning.
As a librarian, you will utilise your excellent people skills to work collaboratively with faculty, professional services and Library & Learning Services colleagues. Your knowledge of higher education and enthusiasm for developing your own teaching skills will enable you to support the development and delivery of sessions for our Academic Skills programme. An interest in research data management and commitment to open scholarship would be welcomed.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our innovative Academic Liaison Team. Representing Library & Learning Services, this integrated team is responsible for the delivery of high-quality services for staff and students.
