£29,855 - £33,661 per annum pro rata
Apprenticeship - 22 months
Full time
UAL is offering an incredible opportunity to become an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Apprentice and gain valuable skills while working towards a recognised qualification.
You will study the HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship which will equip you with the knowledge, expertise, and practical experience needed to excel in your role in EDI within a People and Culture context to pave the way for future career progression.
This Apprenticeship will enable you to develop experience coordinating and administering EDI learning activities such as the Anti-Racism Development Programme, both in person and digitally, as well as supporting the implementation of key EDI initiatives such as the Race Equality Charter, Disability Confident, and Cultural Calendar. This is your chance to participate in larger EDI projects to drive positive change within a large organisation.
You will gain experience in providing administrative support for course planning, registration, and attendance monitoring as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote EDI learning activities through effective communication and marketing strategies.
About you
To be eligible for this apprenticeship, you should have a genuine interest in and be committed to upholding the principles of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues and relevant legislation, and already have a minimum of 9 – 4 / A* - C at GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

The government sets out specific eligibility criteria for apprenticeships and applicants will have to meet these, including already having the right to work in the UK and having ordinarily been a resident of the UK for the last 3 years (student visas do not meet the criteria).
Please read the full eligibility criteria which can be found on the FAQ’s of our apprenticeships careers site.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Learning Management Systems is preferred, but willingness to learn is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to organise your workload, work collaboratively, and problem-solve effectively. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and eager to kickstart your career in a supportive and inclusive environment, we want to hear from you.
