We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant/Associate to contribute to/make a leading contribution to the project ‘Regulation of adipose tissue metabolism by asymmetric dimethylarginine’ working with Dr. Ian Salt.
The successful candidate will join an ongoing research program to examine the molecular mechanisms that underpin defective metabolism. This project will include the isolation of rodent tissues.
The postholder will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research reports, publications, and research proposals, as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
This position is full time and has funding for up to 6 months.
