Student Connect is a service within Cardiff University’s Student Life Division and is located in the Centre for Student Life.
The post holder will supervise and provide line management for a team of Advisers and Assistants, ensuring excellent customer service and a first-class student experience.
You will join two other supervisors ensuring service cover and providing support to the team.
As Student Connect Supervisor you will be a champion of customer service and will lead by example.
The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering a high-quality customer focused service. A flexible approach to work and an ability to react appropriately to changing priorities will be essential.
