Lady Margaret Hall (LMH) is a constituent college of the University of Oxford and is located in peaceful, spacious gardens beside the University Parks.
LMH seeks to appoint a Head of Access for a fixed-term period of up to 9 months (maternity cover). In this important and exciting role, the post-holder takes responsibility for the College’s ‘Include Strategy’ and will manage a member of outreach staff, oversee the delivery of an annual calendar of schools’ outreach, and contribute to the development of a new ‘sustained contact programme’ in collaboration with a researcher.
