The post-holder will support the Awards & Ceremonies and Enrolment Teams with the full range of activities required to plan and execute the University's Degree Congregations and Enrolment Events.
They will ensure that all enquiries are answered efficiently ensuring that all relevant procedures are applied. The post-holder will take a leading role in producing certificates for newly qualified graduates and provide a high quality of service to graduates requesting authorised certificate copies and replacement certificates. The post- holder will also contribute to other University wide events such as Enrolment and will undertake other duties from time to time in line with the grading of the post.
During the Degree Congregations and Enrolment Events the post- holder will be expected to work the hours required to complete the tasks involved which may include some evening working in July and January.

About You
You will have worked within a busy administrative role. You will be confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders and in being the first point of contact for the team. You’ll be able to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines and you’ll be able to spot and implement ways of improving efficiency and service. You’ll have experience of using a range of IT Systems.
