As Research Culture and Development Officer, you'll be right at the heart of supporting change – coordinating a suite of development events and resources under a new Academy for early career researchers, and supporting governance structures, project plans, and finances that enable projects within the new Research Culture Action Plan to realise their planned benefits.
You'll have the chance to work with diverse groups of experts and stakeholders across the university and use your organisational skills to support initiatives that move the dial on the cultural changes that matter most to our community.

This is a fixed-term role until September 2025 with the possibility of extension, dependant on funding dependant.
The role is full-time (36.5 hours) available as a job-share with flexible working options if required.
