We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Assistant HR Business Partner to join our dynamic Employee Relations Team. Supported by the HR Business Partners, you’ll work closely with university leaders, offering straightforward, impactful HR advice and support while building strong relationships across all levels. You will bring your excellent communication skills and innovative thinking to ensure our policies not only support, but inspire our people into the future. A solid understanding of HR best practices and experience in a people-focussed role will set you up for success in this position.
