As a key link between the research programme and marketing teams, they will create communications featuring inspiring, scientifically accurate stories to engage our audiences, both warm and cold, and build support for our research.

This role is critical in increasing our presence as a charity that funds biomedical research into treatments for hearing loss and tinnitus and helping to expand our supporter base. They will be a crucial member of the Marketing and Communications Capability and work closely with the Research team.

You’re a talented science communications professional, passionate about communicating research accessibly, and able to interpret complex information and communicate it in a simple, impactful and engaging way. • Developing strategic research communication plans that feature scientifically sound stories to demonstrate the impact of our work to a range of different audiences
  • Working with the Research team to produce engaging, tailored research communications to inform and inspire our supporter
  • Working across other teams in the charity to ensure that we produce engaging research communications content across all our channels, demonstrating the impact of our research to different audiences
  • Ensuring the scientific accuracy of internal and external communications around our research work

Does that sound like a good fit? If so, we can’t wait to hear from you…
