The Role
The University of Roehampton Professional Services Limited is recruiting to the role of Timetabling Co-Ordinator to join our Academic Registry Services team. This post is situated within the University’s central Timetabling Team. This role will have specific responsibility for supporting Timetabling processes and systems. This is an exciting time to join the team as we play a key role in supporting the University deliver on its ambitious strategy over the next 5 years.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid experience in timetabling management and is calm under pressure, can think creatively and proactively and are able to juggle competing priorities to meet the University’s needs. The successful candidate will be able to support and advise staff in relation to operational processes and resource requirements and constraints and design timetables that deliver a positive experience for students whilst maximising available resource.
