External Examiners: CSC – Psychology and Human Development

The School of Childhood and Social Care at the University of East London (UEL) is looking to appoint several External Examiners to cover our undergraduate and postgraduate provision. Subjects include:

  • *BSc Psychology (Greek BSc Psychology BPS –BPS-accredited English)
  • BSc Psychology (cluster)
  • MSc Business Psychology
  • MSc Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching
  • MSc Applied Psychology and Organisations and Leadership
  • MSc Occupational and Organisational Psychology
  • **MSc Psychology (conversion) – English Language - [MC]
  • **MSc Cognitive Neuropsychology - [MC]

We are also seeking Greek-speaking academics with subject knowledge in Psychology. 

**Courses run at our partner institutions, Metropolitan College (MC)

We want to receive applications from UK-based practitioners and academic colleagues in these areas who have expertise/experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level, experience as a professional practitioner and online delivery is desirable, previous experience as an External Examiner is desirable but not essential.

You would be joining a university recognised for its teaching quality and student experience (University of the Year for Teaching Quality in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2025; 3rd nationally in the National Student Survey 2024).

Please note we cannot accept applications from those who have been employed by UEL within the last five years and proof of eligibility to work in the UK will need to be provided before an appointment can be confirmed.
