This is an exciting opportunity to join the School of International Communications at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China, a top recognized Media and Communication School in China and Asia. The school excels in teaching, social impact, and interdisciplinary studies and is affiliated to the Department of Culture, Media and Visual Studies at the Nottingham UK campus.
Research at the School of International Communications is vibrant and multi-disciplinary. Our dynamic and collegial team is active in the fields of media and communication studies, film and television studies, journalism, mobile studies, and game studies. Our academics publish in highly-rated international journals and are the recipients of various international awards for teaching and research.
Your Remuneration, Benefits and Support
The successful candidate will be offered a fixed-term contract with UNNC, which may be extended by mutual agreement. Salary will be within the range of RMB350,343 to RMB477,481 per annum for Teaching Fellow and RMB 445,732 to RMB 586,945 per annum for Assistant Professor, depending on qualifications and experience (salary progression beyond this is subject to performance) and you will have a range of benefits and entitlements, including accommodation allowance, insurances, schooling support, home flight, relocation & repatriation support, and paid annual leave.
