About the Job

As Graduate Outcomes Manager, you will lead the strategic development and delivery of initiatives to improve graduate employability and success across RDSBL.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Developing and implementing a data-driven strategy to enhance graduate outcomes.
  • Leading targeted employability campaigns for final-year students and recent graduates.
  • Building strong employer partnerships to increase graduate employment and placement opportunities.
  • Overseeing the delivery of a career mentoring programme, linking students and alumni with professionals.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops, events, and resources to support transition into employment or further study.
  • Analysing graduate outcomes and labour market data to inform planning and evaluate impact.
  • Promoting employability through collaboration with academic colleagues and integration into the curriculum.
  • Representing RDSBL in external networks and events related to graduate success.

 About You

We are seeking a motivated and strategic professional who is passionate about graduate success and skilled at driving engagement across stakeholders.

 You must have: 

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering graduate employability strategies within higher education or a similar environment.
  • Strong employer engagement and partnership-building skills.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with experience juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in analysing and applying data to inform decisions.
  • Experience in delivering workshops, events, or mentoring programmes.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM and data platforms.
