Salary
Lecturer Grade F: £40,497 - £45,413 per annum.
Lecturer Grade G: £46,735 - £55,755 per annum.
The Role
We seek to appoint Lecturers in Marketing (Teaching and Research) into our Marketing Subject Group. You must be able to demonstrate research excellence - as evidenced by high-quality publications that are universally recognised as world-leading and/or internationally excellent - and deliver leading-edge, innovative teaching. Successful candidates will have a strong research trajectory in Marketing with significant potential to generate research income, pursue impact activities, and to develop an international reputation. You will be committed to the success and development of Newcastle University Business School and be good citizens that are willing to contribute to positions of responsibility within the group and the School.
You will join our newly-formed, dynamic and vibrant Marketing Subject Group of nearly 30 faculty colleagues, including seven renowned professors, and within a Business School that is committed to collegiality and academic citizenship. The posts are open to colleagues with different marketing specialisms, but we are particularly interested in new faculty with foci in Marketing Analytics and Digital Marketing. You must be present on campus for the role.
You will contribute to the research profile of the Marketing Subject Group in Newcastle University Business School by publishing in internationally recognised journals, demonstrating research impact, and securing external research funding. Additionally, you will develop and deliver programmes at Newcastle University Business School, ensuring an outstanding teaching experience for our students.
