- THE ROLE -
The School of Medicine at Ulster University is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Anatomy (1.0 FTE) to support the delivery, development, and enhancement of anatomy education, contributing to teaching, scholarship and entrepreneurial activities commensurate with the role of a Lecturer in higher education. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, student-focused team within the University of the Year’s School of Medicine.
The postholder will primarily contribute to teaching and assessment within the MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) programme. However, active collaboration and integration with staff across all educational programmes, including the Physician Associate Studies and Personalised Medicine pathways, is a strategic priority for the School and a key expectation of the role. The postholder will also undertake relevant student support, academic administrative, and leadership duties.
- ABOUT YOU -
- Honours Degree at 2:1 or higher in Anatomy or related subject (or a primary medical qualification)
- Postgraduate qualification in Anatomy or a closely related discipline (or a primary medical qualification)
- Experience of curriculum development and the administration of academic courses in a higher education setting
