About the Job

Engage and nurture our future students through every step of their journey. Join our UK Student Recruitment team and support our continuous innovation and advancement of our student journeys.

From inbound enquiry management to segmented, targeted outbound campaigns, our Applicant Engagement team are always on the pulse, providing first-class customer service to our recruitment audience. As Applicant Engagement Adviser, you’ll be a first point of contact for enquirers, prospective students and offer holders, with a focus on providing a warm, positive and supportive approach, ultimately driving the recruitment pipeline for UEL. You’ll achieve this across traditional channels, such as telephone and email, while also growing digital engagement through live chat, peer-to-peer, and beyond. The role holder will also work across the External Relations to support the delivery of self-serve digital content, whilst supporting the coordination of outbound conversion activities.

About You

To join this team, you’ll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. You’ll enjoy solving problems and have to ability to not only resolve a student’s query, but also to proactively support them through their next stage in the recruitment journey. You'll also be a great team player - being comfortable working with colleagues in your own team, and liaising with others across the university - and have excellent organisation skills and the ability to pick up multiple platforms to deliver your work.
