We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our University Executive — a role that is dynamic and rewarding. You’ll be the linchpin that keeps everything running smoothly including:

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating senior meetings
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders (locally, nationally and internationally) on behalf of the Executive
  • Supporting key committees and governance processes
  • Handling travel logistics and executive correspondence
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact across the University

This is your chance to be at the centre of strategic decision-making and contribute directly to the University's vision. It is an exciting time for the University with many challenges and many opportunities.

This role is based within the Chief Financial Officer’s Directorate, within the Governance and Legal team which is responsible for ensuring the University meets its legal, governance and regulatory responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who have:

  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease
  • Excellent communication — both written and verbal
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Previous experience supporting senior leaders is a plus, but not essential
