Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Officer to join our Marketing and External Relations team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver our social media presence, helping us attract prospective students, and strengthen our reputation among diverse audiences.
You will lead on planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our corporate social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Working closely with colleagues in the Marketing team and student ambassadors, you’ll ensure our content is innovative, on-brand, and aligned with key recruitment and reputation goals.
This is a permanent role, on a full-time 35 hour a week contract, with a salary of £34,827 rising to £38,981 per annum, and 31 days paid leave each year (which includes set holiday dates at Easter and Christmas) in addition to bank holidays.
