Regent’s University London is a private university with a stunning Central London campus, right in the heart of Royal Regent’s Park.
We are seeking a HR Officer to assist the HR function at Regent’s University London by supporting with daily administration and the organisation of HR work priorities.
The HR Officer is an essential role within the team, and you will often act as the first line of contact for our Regents colleagues. We are a small, friendly team and you’ll get to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders regarding a broad range of generalist HR queries.
To be successful, you will have experience of dealing with formal employee relations cases at the first stage, with good administrative skills and a background of working with HR software/databases. You will be confident in dealing with general HR issues and in your ability to take summary notes at ER investigations and hearings. In addition, you will be a strong communicator, with negotiation and conflict management skills as well as the ability to build relationships and work with staff at all levels.
