This technical role will require you to work in the Harper Adams Food Academy as part of a team of academic and technical staff to support the delivery of practical teaching, research and consultancy services across Food Science, Food Technology, and Nutrition. You will also facilitate the production of food products key to Harper Food Innovation aspirations, including dairy, bakery and meat products, and alcoholic beverages. The Food Academy includes a product development kitchen, instrumentation laboratory, pilot scale dairy and beverage processing, and a sensory evaluation suite.

Experience/Qualifications:
Educated to degree level in Food Science, Food Technology or other similar and relevant subject OR holds Registered Scientist status (RSci) or other equivalent professional registration demonstrating relevant Food Technology skills OR has significant experience in the use of specialist food processing equipment in a Food Technology or similar commercial or educational setting.
