About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Supply Chain & Project Management to join our academic team.
You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching across a range of supply chain and project management modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will play a key role in module leadership, curriculum development and student support, ensuring an engaging, inclusive and industry-relevant learning experience.
At Senior Lecturer level, you will also contribute to programme leadership, curriculum enhancement and strategic initiatives, supporting areas such as student experience, employability and research-informed teaching.
You will be expected to maintain engagement in research, scholarship or professional practice, and contribute to the wider academic community within the School.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
You will thrive in this role if you bring strong expertise in Supply Chain and/or Project Management, alongside a passion for delivering engaging, inclusive teaching. You will be confident supporting diverse student cohorts, committed to continuous improvement, and able to balance academic rigour with practical, real-world application.
You will also demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and industry partners, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity and student success.
A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or significant professional experience is essential; a PhD or professional teaching qualification would be advantageous.
