Job Purpose
The post-holder will be responsible for the assessment and administration of the University’s Scholarships and Bursaries. This includes the provision of timely, relevant and accurate market insight to inform the setting and market testing of scholarships and bursaries.
They will also design and manage the application, assessment and awarding of scholarships and play a leading role in the development of enhanced student welfare services, including the development of ‘best practice’, business processes and systems, and performance indicators.
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an advisory role within student funding and a strong understanding of the higher education sector, including the current issues affecting students. You will bring proven expertise in developing and delivering high-quality student and customer support services that positively contribute to student learning, retention, wellbeing, and achievement.
