About Us

What We Offer
About the Role
Working with non-specialist colleagues, you will act as a pedagogical expert, shaping and strengthening outreach learning. You will translate complex academic ideas into accessible, engaging content for young people, ensuring materials are structured, appropriate, and impactful.
The role requires a strong understanding of how students learn, alongside the ability to design content that balances challenge with creativity. This includes developing resources that use tone, narrative, and, where appropriate, humour to engage learners while maintaining academic integrity.
You will also support continuous improvement by reviewing content, using evaluation and evidence to refine approaches, and collaborating across teams and the collegiate University to align work with strategic priorities.
