SP Jain London is a young and ambitious business school, three years into an exciting growth journey. This is a great opportunity to join a small, hands-on IT and Operations team at its Canary Wharf campus and play a visible role in keeping the campus running smoothly for students and staff every day.
This is an exciting and varied role, ideal for someone with experience working in facilities/ building management, IT support, operations, or even hospitality. Regardless of your experience, you will enjoy working with people, and like working in a busy and varied environment, taking pride in maintaining a well-run space and supporting great student experience.
What you will do:
Location: London (Canary Wharf)
Working Pattern: On site five days per week, including one mandatory weekend day

You will be a clear communicator with a professional manner and a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience for students and staff. Reliability and punctuality matter in this role — the campus depends on you being there and being ready.
A basic understanding of health and safety in a workplace setting is essential. Experience in a higher education or professional services environment is desirable, as is first aid or fire warden training.
Why join SP Jain London?
