Would you like to help shape the future of our Business School community? Imperial is seeking a Recruitment & Admissions Officer to join our team and support end-to-end pipeline engagement across our MSc programmes. You will be empowered to attract and select exceptional candidates who will benefit business and improve society through the power of innovative thinking.
What you would be doing:
You will support the recruitment and admissions processes for Imperial Business School’s Management Suite of Masters’ programmes – engaging with the full applicant journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment. You will play a key role in shaping the composition, quality and diversity of our cohorts, ensuring a smooth, professional and engaging experience for every applicant.
You will be guided by data-driven recruitment strategies, delivering application and selection processes with rigour and efficiency, and ensuring a professional, personalised experience for every candidate. Through targeted engagement, events and communications, you will play a part in developing exceptional student cohorts that contribute to the global reputation of the programmes and the institution.
Reporting to the Recruitment & Admissions Manager, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Recruitment & Admissions team, the Business School and the wider College. You will use data and insights to identify improvements, maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and represent Imperial at domestic, international and online events.
