Are you an enthusiastic teacher, committed to delivering a first class learning and teaching experience with a proven ability to teach effectively at undergraduate and postgraduate level? Do you want to develop and further your skills in online teaching and learning and digital education?

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have an interest in Data Science and Statistics to join the School of Mathematics. You will contribute to the School’s research-led teaching and management of student education and will play an important role by contributing to the development of outstanding graduates and scholars. You will be expected to take an active role in the development of our curriculum by supporting the development and delivery of online teaching to a global cohort of distance-learning students.

You will contribute to the development of mathematics education for the digital age. You will be a member of the School’s rapidly growing department Prime (Practice-based Research in Mathematics Education) focussed on enhancing mathematics education, governance of student education and leadership for School-based change projects. We are committed to excellence in Student Education, and you will participate in induction and training events tailored to educators and designed to support you to develop within your career. You will also be linked to the School's Department of Statistics.

The School of Mathematics supports the London Mathematical Society Good Practice Scheme. The School also offers several family-friendly employment practices that are designed to enable a good work-life balance.
