Post Summary:-
The Faculty of Health Sciences invites applications for the post of Assistant Professor in Interprofessional Education, which will support the Faculty with the academic development, expansion, coordination and implementation of its interprofessional education (IPE) programme.
This post will support, coordinate and deliver both clinical and curricular IPE teaching and assessment for students across Health Sciences, and any other areas agreed by the IPE Steering Committee. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the ongoing development and review of the IPE curriculum across the Faculty.
The post requires expertise and an understanding of higher education, interprofessional education and collaborative practice in the healthcare context. The successful candidate will be expected to undertake teaching, programme development and academic administration for the IPE programme and will conduct research in health sciences education.
This post is tenable and will be offered on a five-year fixed-term tenure track basis. Trinity College Dublin welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Post status: Tenure Track - This position is Tenure Track position which is 5-years in the first instance, permanency is subject to satisfying the tenure requirements.
