The role
We are looking for an EAP practitioner comfortable working with any discipline in any context who are looking for an opportunity to develop their EAP and leadership skills beyond the classroom by taking on additional responsibilities and opportunities for development in the area of unit development and management.
Alongside your teaching responsibilities, you will work under the close supervision of a programme director to manage and continually improve the quality of any given provision within CALD. We aim to rotate areas of focus within the Centre so you should be comfortable working across all areas. At any one time you may have responsibilities for managing the delivery and quality assurance of one provision, whilst working on the development and quality enhancement of another and teaching on a third.
