Salary on appointment will be £26,707 per annum, with an annual increment up to £30,378 per annum.
Exciting opportunities have arisen for Clinical Trial Assistants to join Norwich Clinical Trial Unit, to provide administrative services to a project team, supporting the operational, research and development activities within a single research project or small research group, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and sponsors as required.
You will work with Trial Managers to ensure close working relationships with investigator and site staff acting as first point of contact for all queries relating to the project.
Key duties of the role include managing and organising events, maintaining an overview of project outputs and taking day to day responsibility for monitoring and maintaining documents. You will also assist in the collation, analysis and reporting of data.
You should be educated to A level standard or hold equivalent qualifications or have substantial experience in providing administrative support and project administration in a similar role.
Experience of preparing and writing committee papers, taking minutes and organising meetings are essential as is an understanding of research and/or clinical trial processes. Experience of administering research projects and budgets and excellent communication skills are also required.
