Senior Teaching Technician
Are you an experienced laboratory technician with a passion for supporting teaching and developing others? The School of Medicine at the University of St Andrews is seeking a Senior Teaching Technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality practical teaching for our undergraduate students.
Working within our multi-purpose teaching laboratory, you will lead a small technical team, prepare and support practical classes, manage laboratory resources and equipment, and help ensure a safe, efficient and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with academic colleagues to provide expert technical support that underpins an exceptional teaching experience for our students.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in a biomedical, medical sciences, or higher education laboratory setting who enjoys combining hands-on technical work with team leadership and operational responsibility.
