We are seeking a Senior Computational Biologist, to be aligned with the Computational Biology Facility (CBF). The CBF undertakes research in areas including biomarker discovery e.g. using machine learning, multi-omics integration and development and deployment of bioinformatics pipelines, in areas including cancer research, cell signalling, infectious disease, pharmacology and plant sciences. The CBF also provides training in computational biology and R coding, as professional development courses for staff and post-graduate students. The role will be aimed with developing and delivering research projects within the CBF, as well as taking a lead on new training initiatives. You should have PhD in a relevant discipline.
