Director of Academic Curriculum Design & Student Success

Corndel College London is seeking a highly qualified Director of Academic Curriculum Design & Student Success to be the senior academic authority within the team and to lead our pioneering efforts in work-based and online education.

In this role, you will work closely with our Managing Director and cross-functional teams to refine and implement CCL’s signature pedagogy across all curricula and ensure the highest standards of curriculum design and delivery. You will be working alongside world-class experts in work-based education to compliment your own expertise. Your primary responsibilities will include driving curriculum development, overseeing iteration and continuous improvement of programme content, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

To excel in this role, you should possess proven leadership experience in higher education, with a strong focus on online pedagogy and curriculum development. Additionally, you should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, have a track record of delivering complex projects, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to navigate complex educational landscapes with professionalism and expertise.
