Programme Office Manager
We are seeking a well organised, good communicator as our Programme Office Manager to plan and manager our programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to join us as you will be able to contribute to the development of the new school and have an input into process and procedure.
Responsibilities
You will take overall responsibility for the planning and operation of our programmes, including engaging external staff to teach on courses. This will include managing programme organisation from planning to assessments including scheduling, contracts and payments of adjunct staff, timetabling, Blackboard support, student feedback and organisation and support for assessments, examinations and examination boards.
Profile requirements
You will need to have experience of working in HE, including programme support, including managing student record systems and a virtual learning environment. You will need good communication skills and excellent organisation ability together MS Office skills, particularly excel, and the ability to work with and adapt to IT systems.
You will be self-reliant and flexible to undertake the work required to open a new higher education institution. You will be committed to a continuous improvement and delivering an excellent student experience.
