Are you an ethnographer or researcher with ethnographic experience who also enjoys working collaboratively? We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Research Associate taking on a key role in our project - Cripping Breath: Towards a new cultural politics of respiration, funded by a Wellcome Trust Discovery Award (226472/Z/22/Z). The 5 year interdisciplinary co-produced project broadly explores respiratory health, illness, and people’s experiences of living on or with ventilation.
We are looking for a researcher who can co-lead a specific ethnographic work package working closely with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (STH), clinicians and patients. You will co-create an accessible and inclusive ethnographic research process inside and outside clinical contexts, including data collection, analysis, and public engagement, while also contributing to the broader co-produced research project.
