We need a brilliant change leader to enable this journey, joining our Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Kent 2030 will work in partnership with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the institution to ensure the delivery of our ambitious strategic change programme Kent 2030. The Director will be the architect of change for the University, working in partnership with the Head of Strategy Hub to lead the evolution of the Programme Management Office (PMO) to develop a sustainable, robust delivery capability to support the delivery of the Kent 2030 change programme. You will be a key advisor to the University’s Executive Group and take an active role in leading and landing the future changes within the University.
You will need to have a track record of creating and leading a strategic change portfolio, associated projects and change functions, including a Programme Management Office (PMO) to develop the capability to deliver change and projects needed to enable our transformation. You will be able to develop an environment of continuous improvement, proactively reviewing performance over time in the strategic planning and change environment across the institution in order to enable our strategic intent in support of our people and our students.
