We are inviting applications for the position of Program Coordinator at Winston House, the University of North Carolina’s European Study Centre and home of Honors Carolina study abroad programming in London. The Winston House Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Winston House Director and the Director of Global Education and Fellowships at Honors Carolina to fulfill the responsibilities listed below.

Hours: Full time, 8:30am – 5:30pm with some occasional weekend and evening work during peak times

Job Description: As a key member of a small office, the Program Coordinator provides a wide range of administrative, budgetary and student support across a range of study abroad programs. This position serves as the first point of contact for general student inquiries and will also support the day to day running of Winston House, the university’s site. Occasional travel throughout the UK and Ireland is required.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will be a numerate individual who holds a bachelor's degree from an accredited university, possess an understanding of American university practices and have relevant experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in an international office. Applicants must demonstrate excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, initiative, the ability to work independently with limited supervision, and should possess strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work effectively with a variety of different stakeholders. Candidates who have previous experience in UKVI Student Route (formerly Tier 4) visa compliance for study abroad institutions would have a distinct advantage. Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends and participate in an on-call rotation.
