The role
The Student Journey Team is seeking to appoint an Enquiries Officer to lead on the undergraduate side of the team.

You will act as a point of escalation for more complicated and sensitive queries, working independently and using your initiative to formulate responses.
You will be responsible for supporting conversion campaigns across multiple platforms. This will involve liaising with colleagues across the wider team to ensure correct messaging and timing, and proposing and actioning recommendations for future improvements
