About the role
These posts support delivery of UCL Global Business School for Health’s new MSc suite of programmes as well as contributing to the Executive MBA Health at UCL East. We are looking for a number of individuals to support us as visiting lecturers in Leadership, HRM, Marketing and Human Factors for Digital Health modules from September 2024.

About you
You will be required to have higher education teaching experience and have a PhD in a related area to either leadership, HRM, Organisational Behaviour or Marketing or Human Factors/Human-Computer-Interaction. Knowledge of key debates and academic literature in the area of teaching is also essential.
You will have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to enthuse listeners, and be able to deliver research-led effective, engaging and inclusive postgraduate teaching.
Experience of and enthusiasm for collaborative and team-based working with the ability and willingness to contribute to the education, research profile, administration and general life of the School and be committed to the UCL policy for equal opportunity with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues and students of all cultures and backgrounds is also essential personal attributes.
