The post is full-time (35 hours per week) and is primarily campus-based, although post-holders may be permitted to work from home up to one day per week at certain times of the year.

The School is situated in the James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) on the King's Buildings campus. We have approximately 1000 students on our undergraduate programmes, spread across five-year groups, and welcome around 250 MSc students each year.

The School is passionate about delivering a world-leading educational environment for its students, and is constantly exploring new ideas in mathematical education in order to provide a stimulating learning experience.
