About the role
The Faculty Executive Coordinator provides pro-active and high-level executive support to the Dean/Deputy, Associate Deans and the Director of Administration, taking responsibility for designated areas of work and activities within the Faculty including support to research related activities, executive committees and overarching support for the delivery of our strategic goals.
This is a senior and responsible position, which involves dealing with a wide range of matters, sometimes of a highly confidential nature and interaction with high profile internal and external visitors to the Faculty.
About you
You will be able to work under their own direction, demonstrate a good use of initiative, have excellent organisational skills and be able to interpret and apply complex information, as well as work with creativity and innovation in a rapidly changing environment.
This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours) per week fixed term basis with an expected end date of 02/06/2025. We would also consider the role 0.8 FTE (29.2 hours per week) please specify at application stage your preferences.
