The role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a thriving and rewarding environment, providing high quality education administration support to international students. Working closely with the Deputy Centre Administration Manager and Centre Administration Manager, you will be part of a busy student-facing team that has a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service across all Centre programmes.
What will you be doing?
You should possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills as you will be dealing with a wide range of colleagues, alongside a large cohort of international students. You will also be expected to supervise the administration team’s work, coach, and resolve issues to maintain a high-quality output whilst serving as a link between team members, teaching team and management.
You will lead on certain aspects of the Centre’s unique programme administration and contribute to improving operational effectiveness and quality service through process improvements. You will be committed to the student experience with an ability to take initiative, be proactive and flexible in your approach to work.
