Lancaster Medical School is looking to appoint an Undergraduate Coordinator to join the professional services team.
Lancaster Medical School is seeking an experienced administrator to join an existing administrative team. You will provide high-level administrative support for the undergraduate medical degree programme, coordinating a wide range of activities across clinical sites.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department. Ideally you will have previous administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background.
A proven team player and confident communicator, you will be committed to integrating into a busy office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues.
