As a Director of International Student Recruitment, you will take a strategic lead on international student recruitment. You will enhance global partnerships and elevate the university's reputation on a worldwide scale. You will develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our ambitious targets.

About you: 

You are an experienced leader who will drive international student recruitment for our university. You have a strong understanding of the global market and education trends and will confident in enhancing global partnerships, and elevate the university's reputation on a global scale. You can demonstrate your leadership skills to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders and make a positive impact. You are a strategic thinker who can drive results and meet ambitious targets, through innovative and creative solutions. You show your commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all aspects of student recruitment and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Target Achievement: Drive results and meet ambitious targets with a keen understanding of global education trends, market dynamics, and recruitment strategies.

Market Engagement: Craft and execute tailored engagement strategies for key geographies and markets, fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment partners, governments, and industry leaders.

Collaboration and Influence: Collaborate internally and externally to maintain the university's attractiveness to international students, enhancing our global reputation. Work closely with Directors of Student Recruitment and Marketing to achieve shared recruitment goals.

Innovation and Growth: Collaborate with colleagues to refine course offerings, improve the international student experience, and create innovative pathways for prospective students.

Interviews: The interview process will consist of an assessment, panel interview with presentation, and sub-group discussion with key stakeholders. There will also be the opportunity to meet some of the team in the working office.
