Worcester Business School is expanding with growing numbers of students joining our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. As a result, the Business School is looking to match this success in the area of executive education through developments such as our MBA, Help to Grow programmes and apprenticeships. Therefore, we are looking to recruit a Senior Lecturer to be the academic lead supporting business development, as well delivering modules related to Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
This is an exciting opportunity for a colleague to join Worcester Business School’s Department of Marketing and Enterprise and to help us deliver excellent research and teaching to support our growing Undergraduate and Post Graduate programmes. The successful candidate will be an essential part of our external engagement strategy by managing and promoting CPD / executive education programmes and delivering modules in the areas like Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Business Strategy.
You will need to hold an appropriate academic qualification and have contemporary knowledge in related subjects and the successful candidate is expected to be able to do research, supervise and lecture in these areas.
The school has a range of support available to those staff who are research active to help you contribute to our RKE strategy, culture and environment including individual research mentoring, opportunity to apply for additional research allowance, and a 3-year support package for ECRs.
